Upcoming MSAWWA-MWEA 2012 Joint Conference

Where: Holiday Inn Grand--Billings, MT.
When: May 1-3, 2012

The theme for the 2012 Joint Conference is "Working Together To Protect Montana's Water Resources"
MSAWWA will be hosting the 2012 Preconference titled "Cross Connection Control" 

Online registration is open and is the preferred method of registration for the 2012 Joint Conference.  Please fill out the registration form by clicking on the link below.  You will be able to print out your registration form when your registration has been submitted.  Once you have registered, there are two ways in which you can pay for your registration: You can mail a check to the information provided on the registration form, or you can make your payment online with a credit card through Paypal.  Further instructions for online payment are available once you have registered.

Tuesday--May 1, 2012/$100 registration fee

Educational sessions 8 am to 5 pm.  Lunch on your own. 

Ice Breaker Reception hosted by Exhibitors 5:00--6:30 pm

Wednesday--May 2 through Thursday--May 3, 2012

Wednesday Schedule:

Registration desk open 7 am to 5 pm

Educational sessions 8 am to 5 pm.  Lunch provided.

Beer and wine reception hosted by participating Exhibitors 5 pm to 6:30 pm

Banquet 6:30 pm

Casino Night!! 8:30 pm to 10 pm

Thursday Schedule:

Registration desk open 8 am to 5 pm

Educational sessions 8 am to 12 noon. Lunch provided.

Facility tourse 1:30 pm

Play Golf! 3:30 pm

 

Water For People Silent Auction:

Every year at the annual conference a silent auction fundraiser is held for the benefit of WRP.  Please consider dontaing an item--big or small--it all helps!

Joint Scholarship Fund Raffle

The Scholarship Committee is heading up a raffle again this year to benefit the MSAWWA-MWEA Joint Scholarship Fund.  Up to (2) $1000 Scholarships can be awarded each year to qualified recipients furthering their education in the water or wastewater fields of study.

Raffle Item:  Apple iPad2--16 GB w/wi-fi, dual core A5 chip, front and back cameras, and smart cover.  Retail      Value $500.00
