Legislative News

Members be aware that beginning January 2010 the Montana legislature will once again be in session. We will do our best to alert members of legislation affecting our industry. We no longer employ Sara Hull to research the activity on capital hill, so please do not hesitate to contact Nancy Bruner or a Board member with any information you feel is of concern during this legislative session. 

Everyone must work together to keep our members well advised as to the laws that are being brought forward concerning our industry. Arvid (Butch) Hiller of Mountain Water Company at arvid@mtnwater.com is the Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee, and Nate Weisenburger at nate.weisenburger@ae2s.com is a committee member.  Feel free to join the committee and help out or voice concerns these members.
